At StyleTote we want to make sure your shopping experience is seamless from checkout to delivery. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.
Order Processing & Handling
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same business day (if in stock).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
Handling Time:
- We strive to pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- FREE Standard Shipping (4–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Available for an additional fee at checkout.
- We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS for reliable delivery.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we only ship within the USA
- Future international shipping options will be announced soon!
Order Trackin
Tracking Your Order:
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Policies
Signature Confirmation:
- Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.
Damaged or Lost Packages?
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at support@styletote.store with:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged packaging/item (if applicable)
- We’ll work to resolve the issue ASAP (replacement or refund).
Order Changes & Cancellations:
- Need to modify or cancel your order? Email us immediately at support@styletote.store
- Once an order is processed/shipped, changes may not be possible.

How long does delivery take?
- Most US orders arrive within 5–7 business day (including processing).
Do you offer free returns?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See our Return Policy for details.
What if my package is delayed?
- While rare, delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Check tracking for updates.
