Thank you for shopping with StyleTote! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility
Accepted Returns:
- Items must be returned within **30 days of delivery
- Must be in **brand new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging
- Must include all accessories (dust bags, authenticity cards, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, worn, or altered items
- Items missing tags or original packaging
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)

Return Process
Request Authorization
- Email support@styletote.store with:
  - Your order number
  - Reason for return
  - Photos of any damaged/defective items

Wait for Approval
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
- Approved returns will receive return instructions

Ship Your Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories
- Important: Use a trackable shipping method with insurance
- Email tracking number to support@styletote.store

Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
-20% restocking fee** applies to:
  -Buyer's remorse returns
   Size/fit exchanges
   International returns
$25 processing fee for refused deliveries

Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Allow **5-7 business days** after we receive your return
- Restocking fees deducted before refund
- Credit card processing fees may apply

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for store credit only
1. Email us the ASIN or product name of desired item
2. We'll confirm availability
3. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement
